I am incredibly fortunate to have a career helping people navigate government regulation so they can start, grow and sustain a business. For more than three decades, I have represented businesses before administrative agencies and courts that review government action. My work focuses on the commercial gaming industry, financial services institutions, as well as telecommunication, energy and water utility companies and their customers.
I am a director and shareholder of Fennemore Craig, P.C., an AmLaw 200 law firm located in the Mountain West. Before private law practice, I served in the Office of the Attorney General of Nevada. There, I represented state agencies and officials, including the Nevada Gaming Commission, the Nevada Gaming Control Board, the State Departments of Transportation, Agriculture, Corrections, Minerals, Transportation and Wildlife, and the Nevada Commissions on Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Protection.
